Dear Valued Customers,

It has been a hectic day for Fivio and customers as the DDOS attacked Fivio network in Jaring since yesterday (6 pm). The issue has been resolved in our meeting with Jaring IDC Management at 9 am office hour (22 July 2008).

The network has been restored. The total downtime is 14 hours. We will reset the uptime counter for few servers because it is down due to Jaring AUP not network uptime.

Ainen
Berserk
Cyclone

For our premium hosting customers, we will give compensation for the downtime happened (25% webspace upgrade).
